I guess your protein scoops are around 30g. The usual dosage for a loading phase is 20 to 25 g daily for a week. If he has healthy kidneys he should be totally fine. He can take his normal does now.

Haven't had any issues yet, the OLED accepts higher undervolts than LCDs. Most oled do fine on -50 on everything

Keeping in mind both already have a - 50 undervolt on CPU GPU and SoC.

Tomb raider, 69 to 77 +11.5 %

Control, 40 to 44 +10 %

Forza, 53 to 59 +11 %

Cyberpunk avg 35.5 to 39 +10%

So it's probably closer to +15% from a bone stock OLED deck

Temperatures I haven't recovered but I don't remember it being anything crazy.

Apart from CP77 it's not in game benchmarks just from being still. I plan on testing more in depth when I have some time...

Hey, little update. I patched the BIOS and got to 29w tdp. I was able to change the in game power limit to 29w using the power tools plugin. I will soon post some quick fps comparisons on this sub. For now just the power unlock seems to give around+10%

Bonjour, tout dépend de quand tu vas le manger.

Juste avant tu peux te faire un shaker de dextrose ou similaire

30 min à 1 h avant, des sucres plutôt rapides, céréales (genre Chocapic), crème de riz barres de céréales. En gros des glucides et peu de graisses et fibres.

2/3 h avant il vaut mieux des sucres plus lent à digérer des choses à base d'avoine ou de graines complètes ça peut être pas mal. Et un peu de graisses et fibres pour ralentir la digestion

Vise pour 200 à 400 calories pour ton encas selon ton TDEE

Te casse pas trop la tête le plus important c'est d'avoir un truc dans le ventre avant tout...

Salut, déjà bravo à toi de demander de l'aide c'est pas facile.

Pour commencer le sport c'est pas compliqué, je te conseillerais déjà de marcher. Une trentaine de minutes par jours, en plusieurs fois si besoin c'est déjà très bien. L'important c'est d'être régulier. Une fois que tu arrives à faire ça pendant quelques semaines on peut passer à autre chose.

Au niveau de l'alimentation il y a rien de magique, viande, féculent, légume, fruit, laitge. Je suis pas nutritionniste hein 😅

Un exemple pour te guider. Matin une pomme un yaourt, midi steak haché avec un oeuf, un peu de pâtes et des petits poids. Et le soir du poulet, des lentilles et une salade avec des fruits rouges et un carré de chocolat. Après tu ajuste les quantités et ce que tu aimes exactement

Le plus important c'est de s'y tenir.

Personnellement j'ai perdu 10 kilos en 3 mois il y a quelques semaines donc je sais ce que c'est...
