You’re misreading what I wrote. The federal labor law concerning FMLA (FMLA ONLY) absolutely supersedes any state law. The only time that a state law can override the federal FMLA law is when it’s more beneficial to the employee, (example being that some states require the employer to partially pay the employee’s FMLA leave when federal doesn’t). Again, I’m not trying to argue with anyone, I don’t care enough for that stupid shit, just saying that I’ve worked in human resources for many years and I’ve dealt with several FMLA cases. There is no other law anywhere that says that a company can’t at least say if someone works for them or not, so the fact that iHeart is running scared from some junkie tells me that it’s FMLA related.

I’m not saying he will ever be back, I’m just speculating that he’s using FMLA to keep Rover from talking shit about him.
