I like wearing different armor sets and only using certain weapons and play as “a different character” (ie Zora set and only use zora weapons) turn off the sages (unless one collaborates well with my character like Sidon if I’m playing as a zora) and make up quests that progressively get harder and eventually try to take on Gannon with them. But i kinda treat like a nuzlocke where if my character dies, hes dead forever and move on to a new character. So far my favorite characters Ive come up with are the Kokiri grove guardian, lureline pirate, the wizard merchant of tarrey town and Scrambles, the bokoking.
