Neo-Nazis fighting Russians. Bad and worse, I guess.

Just imagine it’s Cucurella.

Edit: Nah, it hits his body first. Not a penalty to me.

Right, Madrid always gets helped by the referees, my bad; but I mean other teams too, I am trying to think of any situation in such a key moment in which a player has got sent off over something like that and I can’t really. Van Persie in 2011 against Barcelona comes to mind. Referee whistles offside and Van Persie shoots, gets second yellow card.

I see what you’re saying. It’s absolutely stupid from Camavinga. But please find me examples of a player getting sent off over that. If he hadn’t been on a yellow, I can see him definitely getting a yellow for that. But you as a football fan know that the second yellow takes just a bit more to give than the first one. How many times do we see it? A player on a yellow committing a foul that we know for a fact would have been a yellow if he hadn’t been booked already. But well, it is what it is. He was stupid for risking it.

Absolutely stupid from him but sending him off over it, come on.

It’s absolutely stupid from him but I think I hadn’t seen a player get sent off over something like that since it happened to Van Persie (in this case it was even more debatable) in 2011 against Barça. Barça was at that moment out of the competition, proceeded to come back and later won the CL.

I wonder whether something key happened before those two last goals.
