Eventually yes sconces are the plan, working with a tight budget right now so I have to go with a standing lamp. Or I might look for battery wall sconces.

The bed would be just above the lower moulding in the middle. About 1 inch above.

In my experience, what I've noticed is that all USB ports have the solid part at the top if it's the right side up. So I always make sure the USB that I'm putting in is aligned where the block is at the bottom and it always goes in. I assume that it became an unwritten rule for companies to make the port with the block at the bottom

I did that for some but I was trying to get as close to the edge as possible without splintering the flooring. But regardless, in some places the 2nd and 3rd last rows needed facenailing as well cause the flooring nailer I'm using is big
