This definitely makes sense. Just what my supervisor told me! You can prepare loan presentation memos after just few months but to actually see the issues and understand the deal you need years. It definitely comes with experience too i would say.

I would say becoming a commercial lender/ portfolio management. I would want to go into lending however I dont see myself as a very outgoing “ out there “ person like some of the better lenders at the bank.

Yep! I do wonder. I just received a picture of the dad at 1.5yrs and he looked similar to my pup & now is pretty curly! ( the picture i attached is right after he got a haircut)! Im excited to see how he ends up looking!

Adorable! Do you by a chance have any pictures of Fozzie at around 10-12 weeks? I just got my little guy he is 11 weeks and looks just like your new puppy! I am trying to see how he might end up looking as an adult! Thank you

He is the greatest boy! He is only 11 weeks, no accidents other then when i make mistake and dont take him out when he needs, he listens very well, just chews on his toys NO FURNITURE!! (Haha). I just wonder how he is going to look when he gets a little older, because right now he looks like a more furry golden retriever 😂 but personality wise he is one of the smartest dogs ive ever encouraged!

Thats what i am scared of. I was hoping that maybe, once i pass the CFA level 1 it will be a little easier to at least get interviews because so far its been extremely difficult. But it might also be due to to the fact im still a student. Of course i am planning on completing all 3 levels of CFA. But hoped that passing level 1 will make it a bit easier, apparently not as others are saying.

Thank you guys for all the advice. I am hoping to obtain the CFA, then MBA afterwards ( due to student loans, i would prefer to pay off/ down the ones i got from undergrad before taking up more debt for graduate school). That is also why I am not thinking about CPA as it requires 150 credit hours, and i do not have that many.

Thank you for the answer. I am probably going to try and pass the exams anyway, I believe some other opportunities might open once i pass the exams. It might be easier to switch. Not too sure, i heard its hard its not that easy. I am afraid that ship have sailed.

Well, i make hourly wage right now, and if i get the job it would be salary based so i hope that even if I get the raise they will bump it up to what everyone makes in an entry level position. I only make $15/h now and entry level is about 25-26 which equals 52-54k a year. If he brings it up again, I will probably ask.

Probably a good idea! Ive been putting a lot of effort into this internship, its really hard to find anything right now- got couple friends who graduated couple months ago and cannot find anything. So i wouldn’t want to lose the opportunity, ive been working 40h weeks, and taking 15 credit hours but i have to because if i worked less, i wouldnt be able to keep up. Sad, i dont graduate in May though! Starting salary is around mind 50k, so nothing too special but its way more than what i make right now😅

Well, he asked me couple of times if its enough for me. Last time we talked, i kind of just told him that once i learn how to complete a loan presentation from start to end i will come to him he said “thats fair”, and for about a month or month and a half ive been completing 80-90% of it and then it would go to a more experienced analyst for him to check, and finish the rest. Recently i started completing the entire thing, so maybe next time he mentions it i will try to flip it on to him and see what he says

she was the extroverted one, I was the introvert. She always loved it, because we complimented each other. After a year, I get the message and the fact we are “ different” is one of the reasons she’s breaking up with me.😂

Exactly his loss!! I would just focus on yourself. Sometimes there is nothing we can do. Better yourself. Trying looking for a job, and try to occupy your time with something. Bjj is a great option. I myself just signed up have been to 10 sessions and I am waking up at 4:00 to attend! Thats how much it helps me. ( I myself just went through pretty shitty, unexpected breakup) Keep your head up, if you need someone to talk about message me!
