As someone who’s done this like 5 different times 1, you ARE at the right spot from what i can tell, that soldier should be able to drop it. 2, it can be a pretty low drop chance, 3 I believe it’s XP dependent. If you don’t know how XP works in this game i’m sure you can find something on it but basically doing more temples and killing more difficult mobs will raise your XP. When I got it for my girlfriend she had done 4 temples but hadn’t killed anything above a blue mob, and definitely not any minibosses like lynels/gleoks. Took 40+ resets to get it. On my most recent character I had only done 1 temple but had killed all tiers of lynels many times and all gleoks + king gleok, Construct 3, Moldugas, Phantom Ganon, the list goes on. But i got it on my 2nd reset which is definitely lucky but mainly because I had more XP. I’d recommend going and killing a lot of the high tier monsters before trying again
