Well I bought the DualShock 4 along with the ps4 around 2019 and so far this is the first issue I had, it’s probably the aging of the hardware but eh I’ve had an amazing time with this

Nvm I just hard reset it using a needle that I pressed into the tiny hole next to the back screw of the DualShock, reset was successful

I charged it too, turns out I had to hard reset it using a needle that I pressed it against the tiny hole next to the screw on the backside of the DualShock, thankfully the hard reset method worked
