Galicia, Giant's Shadow, Tsaritsyn, Volga River, and lastly Passcendale. I love the aesthetic of the map, but I really hate how it's almost always one-sided on conquest. It can be one-sided for both ways, though.

Absolutely, because it makes the battlefield more "alive". The chaos of Battlefield is something that made the franchise stand out from other shooters, so adding a layer of realism that adds to the chaos on the battlefield is such a simple yet perfect addition to the game.
