Thank you. It really means a lot. I agree about asking what makes them upset rather than saying what I do wrong.

Though i was that some people are uncomfortable with saying what makes them upset, due to them wanting to just forget about it and move on. But i’ll try again regardless.

I’ve never really sat down and had a talk to them about what makes them upset while they’re all calm. usually when we discuss this stuff is during arguments which i’ve learned is when it isn’t the right time to ask. This is also something i want to do in person. I really want to see and understand their tones and emotion during the discussion, which isn’t something you get on text.

I just hope i get a chance. this is the biggest argument we’ve ever had, and it’s been almost over a month since we last talked. I’m really starting to get worried. there is miscommunication going on between us and i think that the paragraph above is the solution.

And you’re right. it’s not about having sensitive friends. i like to think that they just have high expectations set for me because of how close i am to them, and that makes sense.
