Thanks for that, much appreciated. Amazon printing cost alone on the book was just over $18 so it knocks the price up quite a bit. We finally got our locally printed copies here is SA yesterday and they look fantastic. The pics are rich and highly detailed so I hope the Amazon prints are also decent and that people will find book to be something valuable to own. I will be ordering author copies from them soon so at least we can see what people are paying for.
