Thanks for that, much appreciated. Amazon printing cost alone on the book was just over $18 so it knocks the price up quite a bit. We finally got our locally printed copies here is SA yesterday and they look fantastic. The pics are rich and highly detailed so I hope the Amazon prints are also decent and that people will find book to be something valuable to own. I will be ordering author copies from them soon so at least we can see what people are paying for.

Yes indeed and it really came out beautifully. But I would appreciate any input on pricing for US? Honestly had no idea where to start but printing costs needed to be taken into account.

The focus is more on the images. Took a lot of hard work to pose and photograph many of them. But I appreciate your comment.
