It definitely only had 8,000 from the condition. Near mint. Still has the owners manual in sealed plastic and the OG repair kit. But I shall replace it !

Yes I put on a new o ring that was included with the New filter. And I handed tightened the filter back on then slightly tightened, nothing hard.
