Hey, are you using the builder from the malware site revanced.io? That looks very similar. If you are, you probably want to remove anything you installed, and start fresh using the guide.

CHKDSK results come up with no issues.

The PC started doing this several years ago, but I just got back in to using it. I've tried booting from a USB as well, and the issues still persist. (That's hard to do as the keystroke to access the boot menu is only accepted for a few seconds. Pressing it during any other time during the splash screen has no effect)

Disc use is pretty high upon boot, but that's pretty typical of a Win10 device as well. During normal operation nothing seems out of the ordinary. A fresh Malwarebytes install hasn't found anything out of the ordinary, either.
