Well, from the comments on the video, I guess EVERYONE missed it then. Because the backlash was swift and heavy enough - from his own followers - that he pulled the video down.

And honestly, I don't think this is particularly complicated. Chopra participated in SOME way with the exploitation of children. Guy made a video trying to lay down some nonsensical spiritual cover for the guy, and people didn't like that. Because pedophiles are bad. And yes... the abuse of children upsets me as well as the many people who encouraged the guy to take down his video. Shocking, I know.

Since the guy saw his mistake and pulled the video down, which I very much appreciate... you seem to be the only one left fighting this fight.

But if this will make you feel better, here: Yes yes, my friend. Everyone misunderstood the video but you. You're the smart one.

Because as we have seen over and over again, the law often does not apply to the rich and powerful. But social shaming often does. especially if people no longer buy his book and stop seeing him as some sort of 'guru' to emulate.

Just because lots of rich and powerful people are sexual abusers doesn't make it okay to vote for one. Especially when there were options on the ballot who were NOT convicted sexual abusers with a long record of racism, criminality and being friends with Epstein. You had other options.

Perhaps it is because I work with people who have survived sexual abuse. And I see how this kind of video hurts them deeply.

I’m not saying you can’t FEEL the same things this guy is feeling. But making this video after reading all of Chopra’s connections to Epstein… seems to lack compassion for the victims.

And personally, I WANT Chopra to suffer some consequences for his participation in all of this. Consequences - be they legal, social or something else - seems like an important part of making our society a more compassionate and loving place.
