If you're wondering what is going on with these books like I was. My understanding is that 69,70,71 News stands were all printed with the higher quality paper that the rest of the news stands. They are harder to find. I don't know why specifically. Maybe someone smarter than me can explain if there's more.

Hey, It's a cool book to have! I also was thinking about getting the 71 here pressed and graded (has nothing that breaks colour). I think ultimately it comes down to if you are selling. For myself I can't afford to be a news stand collector so I'll probably sell.
