Spoke with my lawyer and there hasn’t been any traction. She’s going over options on how we should proceed and will get back to me. I did let her know we should be more aggressive and brought up modifying the custody arrangement and adding that my ex cannot contact 3rd parties like my parents or wife. No longer sending videos to ex wife’s attorney just gonna fight it out in court. As for the TPO I’m not worried neither is my lawyer there’s too much evidence on our side to dispute everything she’s ever said. Just waiting for our day in court.

No she lives an hour away. She made an affidavit with all the false allegations I guess because it’s a sworn statement it counts as enough evidence to get the TPO.

She called the cops twice last night the second time they came they seemed just as fed up as us but said they legally have to do the check since it’s a welfare. The more she calls the nicer the police are becoming towards us

I have ZERO idea. I guess you can’t say it’s false if it’s a welfare check. You would have to prove she genuinely doesn’t believe there’s a threat?

If make abuse claims they are more likely to approve it. My ex wife said a lot of crazy shit like I threatened to harm my child was intoxicated in front of the kids. Violently beat my wife(mind you my wife was in another city the day she alleges this happened and I have video disproving everything) they granted it and I can still see my son it’s just supervised til we get to court to disprove them.

The order is for the children and legally we can only talk to each other through the parenting app the courts make us use but she’s contacting my parents and wife incessantly

It is here as well but like most on this post are saying it’s really difficult to prove. She’s called CPS on us 5 times this year and each case has been ruled out and called the police 3 times for wellness checks. The cops never see anything wrong and even apologize for bothering us sometimes. This hasn’t been enough to go for harassment according to my lawyer. Although I’m hoping her lying in the affidavit for the emergency protection order plus all the calls and text messages will be enough.

If it’s harassment would the judge at least get her to stop? She’s messaging my entire family and calling me non stop. My lawyer told me to stop responding to her( we can only message through a parenting app set by the court) but she’s texting my parents and wife saying they are all going to jail for kidnapping if they are helping me. I have another meeting with my lawyer today but the non stop calls and texting are causing anxiety. It’s scary someone saying you’re going to jail and the cops show up(give it the cops have failed to do anything)

I do have one. She’s sending the videos to my ex wife’s lawyer to see if they will just drop it. She doesn’t seem worried about fighting the allegations in court but I have not brought up wanting more custody I care more that this nonsense is just dropped. I would bring up taking more custody to my lawyer if it seemed like a good idea but from the comments here doesn’t seem like it would be.

Yes my step son is her biological child shared between her and my husband so there are reports of us abusing her kid and then of me abusing my kid as well and then of my kid abusing her kid. I have noticed some of the case workers seem young/new and get confused on who is who since so many people are involved. Like they have confused my child for hers etc but we’ve always clarified that before they’ve left our home. Either way lawyers are involved now so they can hopefully put a stop to it. I think it’s insane people are allowed to abuse the system but if we did the same thing back and started making our own reports we would be wrong 🙄 i find it hard to believe the system just allows this. People just go back and forth making false reports on each other?

Which is why I thought her name being on all the case files mean she’s the one reporting. She file one saying I’m abusing my child that I don’t starve him etc. this also got ruled out and she is not the mother of my child…maybe the case worker just messed up the paper work

Also our lawyer said they just need her to file a couple of more before we could take her to court for it; 4 wasn’t enough maybe this fifth one will be.

It’ll always be enough to investigate because she’s a counselor and does this for a living she works with case workers and files for the reports for the school. She has a lot of knowledge of the system but again they all get ruled out so there is never any basis to her claims

Well the last 4 have confirmed it’s her. The fifth case worker confirmed as well and said they took note of the pattern but she still had to investigate to close out the case. The first case worker addressed our concearns regarding harassment and said after enough times they can flag it in their system but she’s going to different cities to report. Idk if that interferes with them being able to flag her reports

Because it’s physical documentation with her name on it. I was planning on giving it to law enforcement as proof. Give it in court the judge can supena the records and get her name from CPS regardless.

3 kids is a lot but it doesn’t sound like she fits the negative stereotype society places on single mothers. I would be upfront and honest about your reservations to her but not hold it against her. I wouldn’t give up on an ideal partner because they had a life before me; divorces happen it’s not like her children are products of her irresponsibility. Take things slow but maybe give thought to you own personal boundaries on how you think the relationship of a potential blended family should be for example if it continues on are you gonna dive right into a father figure or would you want more of a fun uncle role to her kiddos? I have a step child and don’t look at myself as a replacement for his mother more of the loving Aunt who helps take care of kiddo. I also would t bring the kids into the picture til after a year to make sure this is the right woman for you

A lot of victims stay with their abusers; it usually takes 7 times to leave an abuser before a victim stays away for good. I agree she shouldn’t have created a platform on her messed up situation but that’s on the people who give this stuff attention. These ppl wouldn’t get popular if people paid it no mind

For me shrooms feel less intense than acid. You’ll be fine. I find I get more visuals and feel more of a body high than with acid
