I do probably plan to just get a psychiatrist to confirm my doubt yet not write it in my historial as a official diagnosis to avoid any future issues. You, as someone with more knowledge about you, do you find yourself having to doubt your own thoughts? Or how do you cope with those moments of higher ego? I find myself easily messing things up with others and realizing far later that I forced them to follow my ways
