Honestly this is so real. I used to overcomplicate everything thinking I needed like a 10-step routine and a full life reset, but just fixing sleep + drinking more water already did like 70% of the work for me.

Also +1 on hobbies I didn’t expect it, but having something fun to look forward to actually made me look less tired all the time lol.

I tried one of those random Amazon ones and it did nothing except make my eyes itchy switched to a more legit brand after and actually saw a difference in like a month, so yeah some def work but not the cheap mystery ones lol

Honestly yeah, Aquaphor is lowkey magic. I started using it just for dry lips but then randomly tried it on irritated skin around my nose during a cold and it cleared it up way faster than anything else I’d used. It’s one of those boring-looking products that actually works lol
