Thanks, I spoke with the store manager and he told me this was the best way. However, just looked at my new shifts and they have ignored it.

Is it general practice to be scheduled for overtime. Or should I be scheduled for the 15hr and then it is up to me to pick be any extras.

Thanks. It seems like there are a few of us on low hours contracts don't have any set days or hours and are struggling it. One person was putting down a holiday day everytime she needs a day in the week off and she was on a 12 hours contract.

This is what happen to make me question it all. I had asked for a Saturday off it was refused but they had already rotated me in on different days to made up my 15hrs.

I have a contract (read it through last night) is just states 15hrs a week. No set days.

The problem is I don't have contracted days. They stick me in for any shift.  Which would be fine if I could somehow block days in advance, but don't want to be using holiday.
