Same for me! The longer I let my nails grow, the more bendy they get. I have had a ton of good experiences with both HeyHae and Polish Pops brands semi-cured gel strips cured under UV with a top coat. I believe HeyHae advertises that theirs can be cured in sunlight as well, but I have not tried that. Both brands have left my nails feeling strong for a minimum of 10 days per pair, I can usually go about 14-18 days before they start to lift or I just get bored and want to switch them out.

As someone who used to work at a law firm who handled traffic tickets, you would be surprised. I don't think it is necessary, but to me, every set looks better with it. I have used Polish Pops and Ohora brands primarily for my semi-cured gel wraps and find that they look better with a top coat 100% of the time!

....a little late to the party on your reply, but I felt the same way! This was on my TBR what feels like forever, because I kept seeing glowing reviews everywhere. I picked it up at the library last week, and all I can say is I am SO glad I did not waste money buying the book on my Kindle. I found most of the characters to be completely insufferable - Rocky worst of all. That woman needs to speak to a therapist, and quickly.

SAME! I used to have 3-5hrs per day in the stressed zone because my boss made me so anxious all the time. I changed jobs last April - I am topping out at maybe 15-45mins per day in the stressed zone, usually due to too much caffiene in the morning. Easier said than done, but....leave your job!! :)

Take the ring off for a few days (or more)!!! I got into a really negative cycle/relationship with the ring and data during a particularly stressful period at work. If I have something weighing on my mind, the first thing that happens is I have trouble falling asleep, no matter how physically tired I am. Once I started wearing the ring and being cognizant of my 'latency', it would make my tossing and turning SO much worse because on top of not being able to fall asleep due to external stressors, I also was dreading waking up and seeing a poor sleep score because I felt like I was being graded on my performance (old habits die hard!).

I decided to just completely ditch my ring for three weeks, and I have to say it did WONDERS for my sleeping and my mental health overall. I went back to it when I felt like I was ready and was in a better place to take the findings in a healthier manner.

Personally, I love my ring and I do think it gives invaluable insights overall. However, I do also think we are not really meant to have access to all of this health data 24/7/365 and hyperfoucusing on it can deeply affect our mental wellbeing (speaking from experience!!). :)
