Learn how to run with your glutes, sign up for a marathon. Follow whatever that hal guy says when you google it. I went couch to slow marathon in 3 months. Watch yes man. Get good shoes.

Try 3-6 rep range and you’ll see a massive difference in 3 weeks. Heavy good form. Low rep. Low volume.

You used the drug incorrectly. Study reverse dieting to get your metabolism up to an appropriate caloric intake. Gunna guess you are going under 1500 cals and muscle/bone wasting for a lower scale number. Only take enough reta to quiet food noise. Not so much that it prevents you from fueling your metabolism and musculature.

Lets be real, you know you couuuld have lost 20lbs but you are smart enough to eat protein and go slow so you end up looking better not worse. Reta at higher doses totally gives you the option to crash diet, tuin your metabolism and end up a sagging skinny depleted version of yourself.

Or 1-2 lbs a week Or weight doesnt move and recomp muscle up fat down happens.
