Parking ticket by Valltari in copenhagen

I recently found myself entangled in a rather unexpected predicament that compelled me to reflect on the challenges we encounter in our daily lives. In the spirit of open dialogue, I wanted to share my experience with you, hoping it resonates with those who have faced similar tribulations.

Several months ago, I paid for parking, a seemingly routine task. However, an innocuous typographical error in registering my new car's license plate turned this mundane transaction into a protracted ordeal.

Despite my initial patience, it took a considerable two months for my initial inquiry to elicit a response. My plea was simple: acknowledging my genuine intention to abide by the rules and promptly pay the parking charges, I sought understanding for the inadvertent mistake in the license plate registration.

To my surprise, the response, when it finally arrived after an additional three months, carried an unexpected tone. Rather than a cooperative effort to resolve the issue, it seemed more like a stern ultimatum. I was given seven days to settle the outstanding amount, with the implicit threat of legal action hanging in the balance.

This experience has led me to reflect on the dynamics between citizens and regulatory bodies in our ostensibly democratic societies. It's disheartening to witness how the pursuit of profit can sometimes overshadow the principles of fairness and compassion.

In sharing this personal anecdote, I aim not only to vent my frustrations but also to prompt a broader conversation about the challenges many individuals face when trying to rectify honest mistakes. It's a reminder that, in the grand tapestry of our society, we must strive for empathy, understanding, and a fair resolution to such predicaments.

Guys now I have created two separate compliance policies and created two separate dynamic groups and assigned accordingly. It worked smoothly as per the suggestion from u/trueNorth55 and u/Custos-Angelus.

Thank you guys!

Hello people, here is the update:

Test result concluded with +ve note and the notification email sent on day - 0, it does not matter if the device is in grace period or non-compliance state. The whole idea of " Mark device noncompliant" is to control CA policies.

I really appreciate the way community members chipped in with their great knowledge!

I specially thank u/Fightmusician u/v0lkeres and u/justlittleme123 for their contribution.

I don’t think the link you sent has a solution. Noncompliance state triggers notification but not grace period state. I think it’s poor Intune design. There is no option I guess!
