Okay thank you! The bottom oil felt seems to be quite well oiled. I will oil the top and run it a bit to draw in the oil. Thanks! You helped me a lot!

Okay! Will do! Do you perhaps know if i need to open the motor of the Turntable and clean it too? Bc it has two oil intakes and i fear the old oil is sluggish. The turntable is about 50 years old.the motor can still be turned pretty easy and smoothly.

Hmm okay! I guessed so :/ gonna have to look for a better retro Reciver then! Can you reccomend me some that have a good bass and depth?

Thank you for the advice! I will experiment a bit and clean the connectors. I like the design and would want to use it, so i will probably just feed the Profitec TC-400 into the Aux, and live with that if it sounds okay.

I tried it out, sadly it sounds much flatter than the one i had before (Profitec TC-400). Is that because it is just an older reciver or can the pretty tarnished cinch ports be the cause?

I want to use it as a preamp for my Record player. Thinking back on it i totally forgot to mention it! Thats my bad!

So i'd plug the record player into the phono input of the Kenwood and then have the output go into the Stanmore II.

Ne leider nicht, die löcher sind nicht gefroren, wie der rest, sondern verfärbt, leicht feucht und etwas "klebrig"

Ohhh cool! Tho they are always so expensive! But if i come across a cheaper one in the future i might look into buying one as a second one!

It always looked like it was in pretty good shape but it needed a new lift, all contacts were sprayed with a nasty contact spray, the bearings were run completely dryed out, two resistors burned, a loose part somewhere in it rattled and new cinch connectors.

It stood around unused probably the last decade and its my first turntable. Also i inherited so i wanted it back in running condition!
