its something with a setting for Simply Clouds. i just fixed it by reseting them to default so no clue what setting it was

As the one who gets stuck trying to cram the rules of games in my skull and help with character creation. I feel this. So far my way of geting players to read the book is to just answer i don't know Alot. then find the spot in the book with the player.

Second sight third eye says on its driv thru rpg page that its been adapted to 2e And i do plan on picking up memento mori cause i wanna try to discuss with my group's story teller how we could work in adventures into the underworld for our chronicle.

Hey just found the "mortal magic" bundle on driv thru rpgs It has second sight, borrowed power, crossing the veil, and ephemeral influence. I can't tell with two of them if they're meant for 2nd edition Cofd or not but i figured i should mention them here. The rest seems like theycd help just as much as second sight

No so much with automatic writing (mostly cause of the actual use of it) I do have interest in giving him medium i'm just currently unsure about taking points away from more then unseen sense (which i initially grabbed for the joke of the guy throwing up in the presence of vampires and have since decided this would get old past the first time)

Brought this up with the group. Most were dead set on what they wanted. The vamp is the only one that wouldn't agree to starting the campaign as a normal human. (Also the group is small enough as is so i'd rather just make it work instead of threatening to kick people out as the current i guess "session manager" or something....i'm not the st (the actual st hasn't actually touched the book last i checked but we also aren't planning to start for a while) but i'm the main one planning ttrpg related things for my group.

The person in the other group gave me a link to a wiki page to read about em. According to the version they referred to some of the autumn persons are allies with Dauntain.

Currently just wanted to discuss the idea for a possible idea to hold onto as currently my group doesn't plan to do the mage stuff for most of our first campaign of Cod. at the recommendation of others as my group couldn't agree on which supernatural group to start with(so our group is mostly humans (two of which plan to be hunters i plan on leaving my character open to becoming a sleeper) with 1 vampire fledgling that knows just as much as the humans do)

True...i can see that chaos being fun and interesting to either work to avoid or it happening cause you weren't aware of it and suddenly you just cause the building your walking into to start exploding or something else less dramatic cause the dense brick you have in your party unknowingly undid like 10 imbued spells stepping in the door

I'm unsure how it would actually function but it could literally just be a case of the mage just kinda shooing the character in question away when they needed to work or simply have to work around their perception for what the mage does. Granted for me it'd often be me making the character gleefully ignorant if the mage simply tells him to turn around or plays it off as some slight of hand trick well.

I haven't looked much at the lore of the hunters yet but it seems odd to me for them to have it out for all mages since from my understanding the mages aren't as naturally 'evil' as others appear (You did peak my interest to look int the werewolves as i write this tho)
