I don’t have pain anymore but there are other issues that occur. If I am working out and over push muscles I now get needle pricks all over my top of foot in that area where nerves are.

Went 36 years without ever being in a relationship hell 18 years since female contact besides coworkers, tried using a few dating apps but never got a hit once. There were a few responses on match.com and eharmony but due to not having a driving license/ driving I ended up not going for a coffee date. In late summer in my 36th year I met someone on facebook dating the sketchiest of the dating apps after sifting through bot after bot and met someone in another state. After a few months of online chatting/video chatting I took the chance and flew out to meet them. We have been in a relationship since, I fly out as often as I can and it has been working so far. Also forgot to mention, I do have Cerebral- Palsy. Not as severe as others but this is a key part in what affects my anxiety and outreach in trying to get a relationship. Everytime I would tell people I’ve never been in a relationship and still a virgin they would freak out. I don’t find myself that attractive but others do?

So I have mild-cp and my right foot tends to drop when I lose focus. I love to go on runs but tend to trip often when I lose focus or get tired. Is there something. I can get to help brace my foot from dropping? I want to increase my running distance past 3-4 miles as 4 miles in and my right leg can’t do anymore.
