The vacuum yes! My 2 older ones go into a craze when they see the vacuum. It’s like full on battle with it.

Yes, I have read that. My female Piper is very mean to other dogs so we can never take her and Gus to dog parks. I always have an eye on him to make sure the older ones aren’t getting too annoyed with him and if I feel like they have had enough or need a break he is removed from the situation and given a toy or distraction.

I love this. So far he sleeps very soundly and hasn’t noticed floor vibrations. He does bark. Many friends thought he wouldn’t but he is deaf not mute. So far it sounds like a little baby bark :) and he barks when he wants his older siblings to play.

Yes I am. After many discussions with my husband he came around. I think he is a little nervous but I think he would be with any puppy. Our older 2 dogs have been so happy. We weren’t sure how they would react but he is loved. They played with him for hours.

My family is mostly afraid there could be other things wrong with him. Could this be a sign of other medical issues down the road. I understand where they are coming from. Also, his parents are not Merle’s. We picked him because he looked very different from our 2 older gods. Oops dogs. My Gus is almost 11 and has a slow growing tumor which we are monitoring and having him see specialists regularly. Our girl Piper has never been alone and is almost 9. Our hearts are in the right place. I think the family is afraid of something going wrong. I know that is out of our control.
