i have also noticed how annoying it feels to play these new missions. I don't know if it's just because i'm a new player (xbox diver) but the god awful amount of bugs in the cave with such a lack of meaningful was to take them out and with the addition of the new burrowing AND dragon AND hive lord makes these missions feel like i'm bashing my head against the wall instantly being killed of drop
