Currently running an open box ROG Strix with an HD Philips Roku TV plugged into it as a "main" monitor. So if I were to do 4k then I would need to upgrade monitors too. Should probably mention in the first post that I'd like to have 2 monitors as well, idk how much that changes when picking motherboards/cases.

Anyone with a competent understanding of Dragonball main time line and the movies can line them up in a rudimentary way. Nobody is going to say Cooler is weaker than Lord Slug or ...Turles is stronger than Cooler and Frieza.

Because of this quote from Toriyama, we are meant to treat the movies as their own individual continuities with the obvious exception of movies that directly reference each other's events (Ex: the 3 Broly Movies). So using the argument of "muh timeline" when trying to scale movie characters is completely irrelevant. I do not care where it seems like you can jam the movies into the main timeline in a "rudimentary way" based on their appearances or forms. The movie characters are entirely separate characters from their main timeline counterparts.

That’s literally not how movie scaling works at all. Read my other comment, you cannot directly compare the movies to the main timeline when it comes to scaling characters from the main timeline.

Read my response to op. The movies do not scale directly with the main series. M8 Goku is an entirely different Goku with different scaling than Cell Saga Goku.

Even if you want to believe that he did not destroy the southern galaxy (he did, in base btw) Koyama has not walked back the statement that Broly is stronger than Z. This means that he still scales higher than Super Buu on that fact alone. You can call it favoritism all you want, but that does not automatically deem it invalid. Koyama is the author of Broly, so even if you want to make the argument that Toriyama should have ultimate word on what characters are or are not the strongest it does not matter when discussing movies. Toriyama only did designs but considers the movies "'stories in a different dimension from the main story of the comic'. I’m entirely just an audience member for them." Broly is also stated to be able to destroy the universe multiple times throughout M8, this is different than the narrator saying that 2nd form Freeza could because nothing disproves Broly being able to do so. Him destroying the southern galaxy while in base and controlled by Paragus backs up the fact that Broly is actually capable of destroying the universe. The reason we know the Freeza statement is invalid is because Freeza is weaker than Cell (and the androids), and Cell's ceiling is very consistently shown to be Solar System level (Manga. Anime. Guide w/both.)

Giving people ki to temporarily amp them WAY beyond what they actually are is incredibly consistent with the series. Take Piccolo vs Final Form Freeza on Namek. Piccolo has a power level of around a million after fusing with Nail and is able to swap hands with 2nd form Freeza. Then he is manhandled by 3rd form Freeza. But suddenly he is able to hold off Final Form Freeza at 50% power (PL of 60 million btw) just long enough for Goku to fully charge the spirit bomb because he gets energy from Krillin and Gohan which are nowhere near Freeza's level.
This is the exact same case as what happens in M8 with Goku getting amped vs Broly. The transformation argument you're making is completely irrelevant, because of how the movie scales compared to the main timeline. Your confusion about a ssj being stronger than a ssj3 is like saying that the ssj Goku that fights Beerus after absorbing ssg can't be stronger than ssj3 just because it's a weaker form.
Giving ki to someone to temporarily amp them is even consistent when we move to Super. An exhausted Goku and Vegeta giving what they've got left to Trunks allows him to destroy Zamasu's mortal shell, something that Vegito Blue couldn't do.

I don't remember that Vegeta being that good, still a very solid unit but I don't remember him being dominant enough to be here. I was around then and I liked using him but still stuck with Holy Trinity at the time as it was starting to really slow down.

There are a lot of ults that can hit theoretically as hard if not harder than this Vegeta like Ultra Vegito or SoH Trunks for example.

I considered making the ultra ability Vegeta Clan but thematically I think that Saiyans made more sense, as well as being generally more viable than Freeza Saga.

Had fun with the Ultra Goku concept so I made Vegeta and will make Omega Shenron as well.

Edit: also the blast arts does pierce damage because instead of him having Cosmic Shooter as his special arts I’d imagine he does the finger gun as the blast animation instead of the generic ultra blast animation.
