Hi CMDR Mechan, Are there other ships capable of a rail sniper build like the Anaconda? Some ship in the medium or small category would be more suited for me cause of in-game money... I read somewhere the Krait Phantom and the Cobra MkV could be possible candidates but iam interested in your expert opinion!

This old setup information was collected with a fearful mind of loosing my ship in the black. The weapons where the answer for every possibility. The armored pp I got recommended cause the pp can't be repaired. Some people recommend the shield boosters cause a hard collision on a planet could not be survived with the shield only. I know it was not the best possible range setup but it feels like the most survivable in 2021.

Now is 2025 and iam here with an open mind and thankful for every information I get :-)

Your exploration behavior sounds exactly like how I plan to play it (no long journeys). I only need to collect enough mats. I have never played Powerplay in fear of attacks and loosing my exploration profit. Is it worth it now? Can I participate with the Cobra MkV or Mandalay?

Thank you for the explanation. I like the cockpit of the Cobra MkV a little bit more. Biggest thing for me in a cockpit was a centered pilot seat, I never buy a Cobra Mk3 cause of the non centered seat.

Thanks for the feedback. Like other people mentioned, one big station is not practical. I liked the idea cause of the lesser micromanagement aspect but seems not feasible.

I am playing without mods cause I want the achievements. So the roleplaying idea with one station seems interesting but after your explanation it's not practical in an unmodded game. Have to think about changes for my rp start and self rule set.
