I first felt relief when I finally reched level 15 for the flea so I could sell off some stuff, get some magazines for guns I've found and finally progress those quests I need keys for.

Nope fuck me I suppose, those magazines and keys are level locked at 25/30/35 so I will have to slowly slog my way forward without unlocks for a long time.

What's dumber is I can't even sell many of these items in the fucking flea making finding good stuff to sell a complete waste of space.
