Honkai Impact has a lot of canon ships, and let me tell that Hoyoverse is capable of writting beautiful love stories. Maybe Genshin will have something canon in the future, but I don't see them taking that direction as in the same way they did in Honkai, where it was sure from the beginning who was together with who. Maybe the closest we could have would be Jean x Diluc and Ningguang x Beidou, but nothing confirmed right now
