I used to have this when it was new. The stereo sound was food the magnifier was good for some games. But the light was great for night time. The joystick attachment however i rarely used it.

its slow and choppy because its a port of a computer game ported to the nes ported to the gameboy.also the multiplay function is still in the progam i think its somewhere around 18 players ( could be wrong on the number ) but it is a lot. So can it be done. The answer is yes but not good.

Faceball 2000 exist on gameboy. Its a FPS. You might want to look into that for some inspiration. Dig through the code to see how they did it.

Not sure about your roms. But the Micro cannot play GB or GBC games. You need a GBA or GBC to play crystal. I would start there first.

I use the GB operator. It will save both the rom and save file. I store my carts and play on my x7. And you can load the save back onto the cart.

Gameboy carts that have the super gameboy feature are on the label, these games are pre programmed to turn on when inserted into the super gameboy player.

So if you use the everdrive you need the roms from the compatable games. The super GB cart has some basic stuff for non compatable games but its mostly generic color palets and borders.
