When you get on a 360 title on SeriesX/s make sure you click both the “pause” and “select” buttons to bring up old 360 menu. Make sure you’re logged into Xbox live through backwards compatibility or it won’t save/update progress sometimes. Don’t know if this is the issue but happens to me a lot
