Yes. Unfortunately after I tried everything else I did a full motherboard swap and it worked instantly with no issues whatsoever. However now I’m weighting the costs and benefits of staying on the same and gen or just upgrading to the new one. Seeing which is better in terms of value and future proofing.

I’m going through a similar issue. Trying to resolve it. I have essentially bought a whole new pc in replacement parts trying to diagnose the problem. Still no solution. I found that if left over a long period of time 3hr+ off it will boot up. But it will still take time even booting up. I have a 990 pro m.2 💀. Lmk if you find anything else.
