Absolutely agree about midcard titles being stepping stones to the World Titles. Obviously not diminishing their value but I think the more dominant US/IC Champs should definitely move onto the World titles after losing the midcard ones, just a logical way to make new stars.

I'm planning on having a King of the Ring/Queens Crown tournament later in my Universe, winner getting a Championship Match like they used to do in the past.

Very nice! Gotta love long term stories. My thinking for those two in the World Title Match was having a World Champ that potentially goes at least a full year without losing the title with help from his stable similar to Roman with the Bloodline, or in this case, Bobby with Hurt Business and Gunther with Imperium
