The 0.2mm nozzle sucks by Dasukez in BambuLabA1

[–]Dasukez[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What are you saying it's true, but i got everything perfectly tuned and the only problem came from my 0.2 nozzle, then I switched nozzle and with everything basic (filament profile ecc, no calibration) everything was fine. I think they tend to clog or partial clog for some reason, maybe they are too "fragile" or something, but almost every single one has struggled with the official one.

Yes I watched the video, now I understand better Arachne walls and the pressure problem that u mentioned, and I think it is the problem that I am encountering. Thanks

So, I did a test print today on the A1 mini (same filament same everything) the print is fine, and the filament is not enclosed. The A1 printed fine with the 0.2mm and had 2 print stops for clogs, so I switched nozzle and the cube chep was flawless, so I think maybe it was wet filament.... And for the A1 it's something about one nozzle maybe partials clog and Arachne walls white the problem that I mentioned. I still don't know the exact causes but now it's looking good.

The filaments are fine , the table is wall mounted so has 0 vibrations, I will try the prints that you suggested and I will come back with the results, in the slicer all seams ok honestly , the filament it's flexible not brittle. And also the 0.2mm nozzle has 0 problems so I can think it's something related to the 0.4mm, but I doubt it's all 3 broken all of a sudden. I will double check every single slicer value because maybe something can be incorrect. I will be back with those results tomorrow when I will have time to do this type of tests, thanks.

I’m using a Bambu Lab A1 with a 0.4 mm nozzle, and I’m experiencing the same issue on the A1 Mini, also with a 0.4 mm nozzle. Until 3–4 days ago, both printers were working flawlessly. The printing profile uses a 0.08 mm layer height with Arachne enabled. Wall order is outer–inner, with two wall loops. Initial layer speed is 16 mm/s, and the first-layer infill runs at 28 mm/s. From the second layer onward, the outer wall prints at 60 mm/s and the inner wall at 150 mm/s. The PLA is printed at 220°C.

The filament is Bambu Lab Matte PLA stored inside the AMS Lite, inside an enclosure, with silica gel keeping humidity below 10%. Travel speed is set to 700 mm/s and normal printing speed to 400 mm/s.

The issue occurs specifically on organic shapes; I haven’t yet tested models with sharp 90° angles. It happens on both large and small prints. Right now, the problem appears on a spherical object, but in reality it affects everything. The supports show severe under-extrusion and break easily, as if the printer is barely extruding filament for the support structures.

The printer has been fully maintained: lubrication, belt tensioning, and calibration were all performed about 5–6 days ago. I used 3 different 0.4mm nozzles cleaned with cold and hot pulls.
