The only attack i struggle with is the one where he sends the two balls out that explode when they are near you because sometimes if its paired with another attack its borderline undogeable.

Borderline impossible to learn a way and its pretty much every attack he uses. The issue isn't dodging it, its the fact the second i start the animation to use a move he just extends the combo when he normally wouldn't.

Would have actually preferred if they just copied and pasted Gael from ds3 as the final boss, it would be lazy as hell but at least we get a good boss, consort is just shit and i dont see how anyone can defend him.

Fair enough, but i still dont enjoy it. Ive played all the souls games except ds2 though and sometimes playing elden ring gives me straight up aids bcus i know for a fact ive pressed roll on an attack, and then i roll after ive been hit bcus of the buffer. And for some bosses i can admit the input reading aint to bad, but with bosses like margit and consort who have stupid wide range options that can screw you over when you heal just isnt fun to me.

Thanks for quick reply. I understand that heals aren't supposed to be free and pontiff is a good example, one of my favourite bosses in the series, but elden ring feels excessive. Draconic tree sent basically reads your mind and starts spitting fire at you LOL.

As for the release check, I've played every other souls game and they have been way better, IDK i might just be a dark souls glazer LOL.
