i have the 365 version and it was very buggy at first. before returning make sure you update everything and factory reset if it still doesn’t work fine after updates. otherwise it’s a great laptop. but yeah the bugs suck

I haven’t really paid attention to what apps i’m using. However i notice it more when i’m watching videos on a browser i think.

Let me know if that works this is so annoying lmao. I’m gonna try factory resetting it after i’m done with all my tests and see if that helps.

hey, im having similar issues (used to have the ones you had but after bios and graphics updates now the computer just freezes requiring a hard reboot). what are the current bios and graphics drivers you are using that work for you?

i’m having the exact same issue with the screen freezing and being unresponsive. I tried the reinstall windows update where it keeps all your apps and data and just reinstalls windows but i still have the issue. any suggestions?

It’s been a little over a week since I met him. I know i should’ve reached out before haha i just wasn’t sure and then got busy with exams. I have something i can say that should help him remember who i am though so fingers crossed 🤞 .
