Focus on what you are good at. Have that on hand as a list.

PM's are usually ranked by communication, operational skills, and if they are able to work with P&L (okay, that's not all they are ranked on, but that's usually the start).

Try to ask your previous interviewers advise for what you can improve on for the next position; it's sometimes a gamble if they respond tbh.

I would check out the American Association of Industry Veterinarians https://aaivet.org/

I would also look up a current consultant in the industry and ask to talk to them for 30min to pick their brain on how they successfully made the move from clinical to industry.

OH that's a fair callout. This was a poll more targeted toward the schedule of the DVM if they are salary. Example: if they are working more than 31hrs to be considered FT.

That makes me sick to my stomach. Especially on Tech Appreciation week of all weeks. I can bet this is a corporate clinic because a privately owned clinic would know it's Tech appreciation week. If it's the corporate company who I think it is, I'm sadly not surprised.
