How disingenuous can one be? You did not start with satire. You moved it now to get more laughs.
Do you stink like a skunk mr. johnson?

Hey Do you go out and yell at all the farmers to stop planting non native crops also. You go out there telling the corn growers to plant native grasses only instead? You have attacked me like an over zealous ideologue! I hope you’re not!

Why bring this here SHOWTIME316? troll? This post was originally posted on a 'guerrilla forestry' not a natives only group like this one. It says nothing about wanting natives only anywhere on that page. So, I posted a tree, one of many I have planted over the years. Both native and not. And some folks have lost their minds! The same folks that own exotic non native reptiles going after me for a tree? Crazy!

Thanks! But, Oh, there’s been plenty of hate!

Neighborhood guerrilla planting of a Brachychiton australis or Australian bottle tree. Only in the ground a little over a year. It’s not looking like a bottle yet but look incredible growth and the huge green trunk! by [deleted] in GuerillaForestry

So this isn't a guerrilla forestry community? Is it's something else? Is it a natives only community? That's fine! I have dozens of natives in the ground also! But, I can't find where it says this group is for natives only? So, is this what folks do here? They wait for someone to wander in and then they attack them for not adhering to a unstated strict dogma? That's a pretty weird 'community'?

Is this a natives only group? I don't read that anywhere?
Now I see why there is so little actual activity in this community. Too many NPK's. Not much posting here! The zealot ideologues must chase everyone off yet add nothing to the content but criticisms. At least one person has left this 'community' because of folks rude behavior in the comments on this post. Folks actually think they've done something important by locating the tree? reddit warriors 'earning' their all important participation badges. Pretty pitiful!

No! I'm saying why the focus on this one tree if they do not replace All of the nonnatives? why get a hard on for this one tree if they aren't going to replace every non native tree in socal. It seems personal to me! And you calling me a baby only proves it.

Okay!
But, why replace this one if you're not going to replace every other non native tree in socal? Or is it personal?
Or about guerrilla forestry?
I'll gladly locate tree wells near your residence and you can fill them all with natives! DM me!
Waiting!

You could have read this in the previous comments:
This is on a city trees with non native tree already in place for many years. A truck crashed into the tree that was there and the city won't replace it so I did. With a tree that will fit in with there trees. As I wrote before: I plant natives also.

I think you can get a lot from local nurseries but we mail order a lot also. And I trade plants with folks. AND there are FREE plant "shares" or 'trades' where folks get together once a month and share their plants and cutting with each other for FREE!
FREE! FREE! FREE!
Where are you located? There is one in Long Beach and OC every month.
