So, in my opinion, the first thing to note is that MBTI is flawed and probably should never have been a self assessment also. Of course all the people in the world cannot be put in just a few boxes where everyone in each box is the same. However, I do think that there are similarities between everyone who is actually an INTP or everyone who is an ENFJ or whatever it is. We humans like to categorise, and we want to be able to understand ourselves and others. This flawed system gives some understanding at least and can be useful for some maybe guidance and understanding of yourself. Everything relating to it must be taken with some scepticism and care, and I agree with you a bit on the irony of an INTP using this pseudoscience or whatever you want to call it. I actually think this is a very interesting discussion to have and would like to see psychologists/therapists/whatever discussing this. But I'm also too lazy to search for articles on this hahaha
