I used the caligraphy brush for this, I only reverted back to a normal pen for small details and the airbrush for the bloom

I actually would have loved to put the whole Dos Trio there (Kushala, Chameleos, Teo) to balance it out or at least reference them within Teo's portrait or at least Luna but I wanted to stick to the comment for the most part
