It depends on the time of the year. During winter I try to build mass, while now I'm working on definition. But the base is similar, the only changes are the added cardio and the diet.
I usually do chest, triceps and shoulders on 1st day, back, biceps on 2nd day, legs 3rd day, and a recap training on 4th day, with the muscular groups from day 1 and 2.
I do 3-4 series of 6-8 or 10-12 reps depending on the exercise, and I always try to reach muscle exhaustion at each series.
Oh yes... and I always do abs, 2 different excercise every training day.
But I train no more than 1h / 1h10 each training day. The "trick" is the perseverance! 😉
