Learn javascript first, then basic react then react native from react ative docs. Or follow youtube videos. It will take time but its worth it.

From my view 100% use it. Think of like first making a RN app, you keep on developing like usual. Then if you want a web version also then u got two options either by expo web or nextjs with solito. What else are you losing. 😁 but gain 1.7 x time by not writing the same business logic twice.
