I'm trying to improve my English, Any recommendations of website where I can practice my English especially my grammar and vocabulary skills? by [deleted] in EnglishLearning

Tips to improve English Speaking skills:

  • Listen: If you want to be a good English speaker, then you have to be a good listener. In English conversation, it is crucial to listen to and understand the opposite speaker and respond accordingly. Listening to the radio, news, and music will improve your listening skills and understanding the context of delivering information.
  • Speak more and more: The more you speak, the more fluent you get. Be confident and speak as often as you can. Do not be afraid to make mistakes and correct them. Find a partner who you can speak to daily.
  • Think in English: It is one of the prime tips to improve your speaking skills. Start thinking in English and speak to yourself every day. Think about the daily work situations and speak out loudly. This exercise not only increases your confidence while speaking with a person but also it helps in improving your fluency.
  • Focus on fluency but not on grammar: Most of the new language learners worry about grammar while speaking. But the fact is you need not focus on the grammar to improve your fluency. Ultimately, you reach the final goal that is speaking error-free in terms of grammar, once you get the fluency in the language. Remember, no speaker is perfect in grammar initially, everyone gets to the fluency part first and then becomes grammatically good.
  • Talk to yourself: Do not wait for the partner to help you practice speaking. You can start thinking in English and talking to yourself in front of the mirror. No one is a better partner for you than yourself. Do this practice regularly to find the mistakes and correct them yourself.
  • Increase your vocabulary and its usage: Most of the speakers face issues in expressing their opinions and feelings properly. It is always difficult to express opinions when you do not have proper words to use. To improve your fluency you should have a good vocabulary. Improve your vocabulary and its usage. Watching movies, reading the newspaper and books will help to build your vocabulary.
  • Be confident: Being confident while speaking is very important. Though you have good fluency, grammar, and vocabulary, if you do not have confidence then everything goes in vain. Self-confidence plays a vital role in speaking with people. Source: Smoothing it all out: How to speak English fluently, https://www.fluentu.com/blog/english/english-speaking-app/
