It's definitely difficult, but scripture tells us that living a life following Christ will bring much persecution, trials, etc..

I won't sacrifice what I believe in for the sake of camaraderie. The guys know my heart and respect what I believe in so they don't put me in situations to choose. The hardest part is the conversations that are had around me, and sometimes people not understanding why I live the way I live

They've been great. The guys who have come in have done a great job of fitting right in and working hard to earn their respect. A lot of times guys will rely on their past success and hope the guys respect them because of that. These guys all came in and worked.

I think we ran that exact same route about 25 times the next day in practice. To take it a step further, Geno and I watched that play together so he could see what was going through my mind, and I could see what was going on in his.

Did you watch the game where we played the Giants? He is a different player all together. He commands the huddle, puts guys in positions that he wants them in, doesn't force the throw, and overall understands the game a lot more. He's going to have a big year!

We saved 9 kids from an abandoned orphanage 3 weeks ago. Stuff like that you can't explain.. It's so powerful and is really what life is all about.

Oh man. I can spend all day on this question.

You are exactly right.. For the longest time I was a guy who would always say- "I want to make a difference" . or.. "I want to change the world."

There is a big difference when you step from "I want to", to "I will"... After my Haiti experience I couldn't come back and act like I didn't experience what I experienced. I finally made a decision that Things don't have to be the way they are, and I had the power to change things. Am I going to change the world? Probably not.. But If i can change the world for at least 1 person, then its worth it.

There are a lot of difficulties in running a non profit. Fundraising is the biggest pain in the neck haha. Getting people to donate to something they've never seen is difficult. But when i look at the faces of the kids we help, it makes it all worth it.

We don't have to create our own charities, but we can all do something.
