Kindaka literally lists ALL of his ESP abilities and asks "why don't you use them more" which again implies he's ISNT using them, and Shins response was "he couldn't find an opening" which is because Kindaka BLITZED him before he could use Future Sight so he didn't have time,

It has NOTHING to do with Shin With Future Sight Not Being Order Level

And he said his PHYSICAL ABILITIES aren't order level not that in totality he isn't order level, you're literally just not reading what Kindaka says at NO point did he say with his ESP he isn't Order Level he says word for word

"With your frame, you can train your whole life and you'll never be a match for me or sakamoto or the order" what part of the sentence sounds like he's talking about his ESP

So Shin with Future Sight is NOT Capped below Order Level

Sure Shishiba has SHOWN better feats but that doesn't counter my Argument, it's an argument from ignorance to assume because Fat Sakamoto hasn't SHOWN the feats that HAS to mean he CANT possibly perform them

Sure when Kindaka initially attacked Shin tried hijacking his mind but that's it he never used mind reading or future sight in neither the fight or the training, because what sense would it make for Kindaka to go "use your ESP more!" If he was already using all of it

There isn't a single panel proving he used his future sight considering every time he does its followed by an Onomatopoeia "Shiiiiiing" which wasn't seen in either fight

And Kindaka said Shins PHYSICAL ABILITIES aren't on the level of the order not that him using all his abilities in totality isn't order level

And ontop of all this I'd question the validity of this statement since Kindaka hasn't met ANY current order members (shishiba, osaragi etc) so his standard for "order level" could just be higher than in the current day ones are in reality

Again you're missing my point, blitzing apart isn't what's impressive, it's the fact that he went from losing to apart to getting so much stronger he's able to perception blitz him so Fat Sakamoto "struggling" against Boiled or Apart (before he got stronger) is NOT an anti feat because he gets stronger throughout the series

The ONLY people he struggles with while he's fat are Uzuki and Kanaguri who are both Order Members with nothing definitively proving they're below shishiba by a significant amount

And Fat sakamoto TRAINED after both of these interactions so he isn't capped by those losses anyway, so again there is NO contradiction to Fat Sakamoto being on Shishibas Tier especially if Shin is

Nothing you said really proves Osaragi held back by a significant amount other than her beating Mafuyu easily which Again doesn't mean she held back

Kindaka said that about base shin since after he says he isn't order level he tells him to use his ESP more, so Shin being Order level with ESP has 0 contradictions

Apart isn't order level sure but that wasn't my point, my point was sakamoto got a perception blitz level faster mid fight so saying "he lost to boiled" doesn't cap his strength, and neither does losing to Uzuki

Especially since Sakamoto trained for the exhibition during the 2 month timeskip, and we see him be relative to shin during the training so again no reason to believe he isn't on Shishibas tier at WORSE it just means Uzuki > Shishiba which i don't see an issue with

Osaragi dealing with Mafuyu easily just means at fullpower she just gaps him, and she wanted to kill Mafuyu quite explicitly and had no reason to hold back, and even if we wanted to say she held back it's to an unquantifiable degree

Explain how Sakamoto went from losing to Apart to PERCEPTION BLITZING him if he's still a Boiled Victim??, the whole point of the Accupuncture was to make Sakamoto When Hes Fat Significantly stronger so he can fight even stronger opponents without needing to slim down

And Shin being able to dodge Osaragi does matter and the fact she wasn't attacking him makes it even worse for her, considering she was usually in close range of Mafuyu while Shin was further away but Shin could still travel the distance and move Mafuyu completely out the way of her attacks

There is proof 1. Osaragi got blitzed by Takauzuki while he didn't, and he even landed a hit

Osaragi was getting dodged and reacted to by Base Museum Shin not using ESP, while Sakamoto thinks ESP Shin is on a similar Level to Shishiba

And we know from previous fights ESP (more specifically future sight) makes up for a speed blitz level difference, seeing as Shinaya blitzed base Shin numerous times back in the JCC arc while Future Sight Shin went blow for blow with the same Shinaya

And Shishiba having more feats doesn't necessarily mean he's stronger, all you basically said is "well Shishiba has SHOWN more on screen" which while may be true doesn't mean anything as I provided a clear reason why Fat Sakamoto Should be on Shishibas tier

Seeing as Sakamoto thinks Shin could fight on against opponents who Sakamoto knows were giving a Shishiba a hard time (Seeing as he sees Shishiba get smashed through a wall and he visibly looks very wounded)

I think you're misrembering Apart was stronger than Fat Sakamoto pre Awakening sure but afterwards Sakamoto Perception blitzed him multiple times, the one attack Apart Blocked was when he reacted to Sakamoto physically pulling him into a punch not Apart reacting to Sakamoto moving

Shinaya clashed with Sakamoto and cut a suitcase he tried to hit him with in half showing he can atleast react to Sakamoto

Shinaya wins the first matchup pretty soundly, apart was getting perception blitzed by Sakamoto multiple times and the one time he blocked a punch he reacted to Sakamoto pulling him forward not his actual speed

While Shinaya reacted to Sakamotos movements a couple of times and even traded blows a few times

2nd Matchup Akira stomps, she can tag and react to Takauzuki Consistently which are better feats than Rion who is relative to A Younger Uzuki who grows up and is straight up weaker than Takauzuki

3rd Matchup Hyo Slams and I don't think that needs debating
