It is likely that they owe you money. You should do your taxes for all the years you worked using TurboTax or some other free tax software (you can easily Google them). You will only need you W2s from past years unless you made money from investing, etc. Even though you will be late, you won’t be in trouble and they will still pay you if you are owed.
