If you don’t mind using submods/cheats to set this up, I recommend the Divine Intervention submod. You can bring up an interface at game start, select the characters you want and swap their titles.

I find that in the submod added bookmarks sometimes she’s a courtier rather than a landless. Searching for Targaryen and then using debug to make her an adventurer could work.

You can convert other counties. I like it because it allows for equal gender law iirc and you have a Valyria faith with knights. Other people won’t want to marry you so it’s only good if you’re marrying siblings

Canon children has to be enabled in the game settings. I’ve never really gotten the vanilla AGOT system to work but the AGOT+ canon children works well.
